A New-Kings NSP comes in one of two flavors, a solo operation or a larger company. When you dial a New-Kings Solo Service Provider™ (SSP,) you will speak immediately and directly, on his/her cell phone, to the actual person who will be arriving to help you, with no interference from operators, dispatchers, or middle men.
There is no app to download. Everything works through your browser on your smartphone. You connect directly with your NSP in your neighborhood.
Use New Kings with or without a roadside-assistance plan. All good roadside plans allow you to choose your own provider, and reimburse you for a basic service call at 100%. Your New-Kings NSP takes care of the red tape...as a courtesy, at no charge.
People with roadside-assistance plans generally agree, that New Kings is easier, faster, and better than dealing with the previous system. In contrast to push-button menus, hold times, and long lists of often irrelevant questions, New Kings is direct, and lightning-quick.

When a NSP’s listing has a green background, it represents the nearest of three distance categories. The server will attempt to list five NSP’s nearest to you, then add more NSP’s from the other two distance categories as needed, until you receive at least five listings. The next-nearest NSP’s appear on a light-blue background. Then NSP’s a bit farther away are listed last, on a dark-blue background.
