At NKR, it’s the jump-start guy himself who is ultimately calling the shots.
NKR exists to bring excellent service to customers in need, rendered directly by New-Kings Neighborhood Service Providers.™ More customers are demanding NKR’s high level of service. More customers are calling their own neighborhood New-Kings NSP directly.
Every good roadside-assistance plan allows users to call their own New-Kings NSP. The user pays the New-Kings NSP directly, and the New-Kings NSP submits the invoice as a courtesy. The plan reimburses the user, typically within two to three weeks.
