A New-Kings Neighborhood Service Provider™ (NSP) comes in one of two flavors, either a one-person, solo operation, or a larger company.
With a “larger company,” the person who arrives at the disablement location could be one of at least two different people. Personnel screening to ensure a high level of service, is the responsibility of the larger company’s owner or general manager. A larger company is eligible for listing if they have established a good reputation in their neighborhood.
By contrast, you are eligible to be listed on NKR’s website as a New-Kings Solo Service Provider™ (SSP) if your company is only you, a one-person company, with no employees, no helpers. Furthermore, you must be the primary beneficiary of your company’s earnings.
The term “NSP” applies to both SSP’s and larger companies. The term “SSP” is limited, and refers only to a solo operation.
For customers, getting help was sometimes a mess under the previous middle-man system. Customers love the ease and convenience of New Kings of Roadside. With a SSP, the customer speaks immediately and directly to the person who will be arriving to help. Therefore, the owner of the SSP must answer his/her own phone, and must arrive to perform the service himself/herself. For a SSP, NKR publishes the owner’s portrait photo in his/her NKR listing, so the customer knows whom to expect.
